Under the framework of the Sida funded project and capacity building initiative DRC Mitrovicë/a and Kosovar Institute for Public Administration (IKAP) are providing capacity building trainings for Mitrovicë/aMunicipality Civil staff

First training on “Evaluation of results at work in Kosovo Civil Service “, held on Sep 18th targeted civil servants of Mitrovicë/a Municipality.

Second trainings on “Managing official documents (archives)” were held on Sep 25th and 26th.

In the continuation of the implementation of capacity building initiative, next sessions of the trainings will be held on Oct 09th, 10th, 16th and 17th covering topics: “Protection of personal data and access to official documents” and “Comparison of Legislation on public procurement with EU countries”

These trainings are in accordance with the handover process foreseen by the DRC project “Support to Roma, Ashkalia and Egyptian Communities in Mitrovicë/a”.
