INFORMACIJA o SLEDEĆOJ FAZI IZBORA KANDIDATA za PROJEKT DIGITALIZACIJ

Zbog velikog broja očekivanih kandidata (preko 1,200), drugi i treći korak u procesu izbora operatora unosa podataka i monitora unosa podataka će se odvijati tokom nekoliko dana. Kandidati će biti pozivani da učestvuju na testu po alfabetskom redu. Pozivi će biti poslani e-mailom sedam dana unapred. Očekujemo da će testiranje biti održano krajem aprila i početkom maja.

· Treći korak će biti testiranje za monitore unosa podataka

Svaki pozvani kandidat će dobiti lični identifikacijski (ID) broj, koji će im biti neophodan za pristupanje testu. To takođe osigurava da je samo ID broj, a ne ime povezano sa ličnim rezultatom na testu, pa to dodatno osigurava poverljivost i transparentnost celog procesa. Pojedinačni lični rezultat će biti automatski ocenjen pomoću instaliranog programa koji je izrađen za ovaj test. Na osnovu tačnosti i brzine svaki će kandidat moći videti svoj rezultat odmah po završetku testa. Svaki će kandidat takođe morati potvrditi da je upoznat sa svojim rezultatom, a u slučaju da to ne učini program će to prepoznati kao nekompletirani test i diskvalifikovati ga. Kandidati će biti rangirani prvo na osnovu tačnosti pisanja, a nakon toga na osnovu brzine završetka testa.

Prvo će se održati test za operatere unosa podataka. Lista ID brojeva svih kandidata sa njihovim rezultatima i vremenima će biti objavljena na ovoj web stranici, tako da će svaki kandidat imati uvid u svoj rezultat u odnosu na druge kandidate. Ako je neki od kandidata koji će biti rangirani među prvih 100 za posao operatera unosa podataka, konkurisao i za posao monitora unosa podataka biće pozvan da učestvuje i u trećem koraku ovoga procesa. Ti kandidati u slučaju da se odazovu testiranju neće biti brisani sa rang liste za kandidate operatera unosa podataka.

Nakon toga će se održati testiranje za monitore unosa podataka (treći korak). Lista sa ID brojevima kandidata i njihovi rezultati i vremena ostvarena na testu će biti objavljena na ovoj web stranici, tako da će svaki kandidat biti upoznat sa ukupnom rang listom.

Individualni razgovori sa kandidatima nisu predviđeni ni u jednoj fazi ovoga procesa. DRC ipak zadržava pravo da pozove kandidate na razgovor jedino u slučaju da nakon završetka procesa svih testiranja broj isto-rangiranih uspešnih kandidata prelazi potrebni ciljani broj.

UPDATE on the RECRUITMENT PROCESS for the DIGITALISATION PROJECT

Given the high number of expected participants (over 1,200), steps 2 and 3 of the recruitment process for data entry operators and monitors will take place over several days and applicants will be invited to partake in alphabetical order. Invitations will be sent by email one week in advance and we expect tests to take place between the end of April and the beginning of May.

· Step 2 will consist in the test for data entry operators

· Step 3 will consist in the test for data entry monitors

Each applicant invited to be tested will receive a personal ID number, which they will need in order to access the test. This will ensure that each applicant's ID number, not name, is linked to their individual score, in order to ensure maximum confidentiality and transparency. Individual performances will be rated automatically by the electronic system administering the test, based on both accuracy and speed: each participant will be able to see their score on the computer screen in real time upon completion of the test and will be asked to acknowledge it – failure to do so will result in the test being considered invalid by the system and in the applicant being disqualified. Applicants will then be ranked first according to their score and then according to the time it has taken them to complete the test.

The test for data entry operators (step 2) will be administered first. A list of participants’ ID numbers and of their respective scores and times will then be published on this website so that each applicant will be able to see how they have performed in relation to the others. If any of the applicants ranking among the top 100 in the list indicated both the positions of data entry operator and data entry monitor in their application, they will be invited to join applicants for the position of data entry monitor for step 3 of the recruitment process. Applicants who choose to participate in the test for data entry monitors will not be eliminated from the list of data entry operators.

The test for data entry monitors (step 3) will be administered then, after which a separate list of participants’ ID numbers and of their respective scores and times will be published on this website so that each applicant will be able to see how they have performed in relation to the others.

No individual interviews are expected to be held at any stage of the recruitment process. DRC reserves the right to invite applicants for individual interviews only if, after all the steps of the recruitment process have taken place, the number of successful applicants exceeds that of available positions due to several applicants achieving the same score in the tests.

Duka pasur parasysh numrin e madh të pjesëmarrësve (mbi 1200), hapat 2 dhe 3 të procesit të rekrutimit për Operatorët per futjen e të dhënave dhe për Monitorues të të dhënave do të zhvillohen gjatë disa ditëve dhe aplikantët do të ftohen për të marrë pjesë sipas rendit alfabetik. Ftesat do të dërgohen përmes postës elektronike (me e-mail) një javë më parë dhe planifikohet që testet të mbahen diku në fund të muajit Prill dhe ne fillim të muajit Maj.

· Hapi 2-do te jetë testi për Operatorët për futjen e të dhënave

· Hapi 3-do të jetë testi për Monitorues të të dhënave

Aplikantët e ftuar për test do të pajisen me numër identifikues-personal, i cili do të iu mundësojë çasjen ne test. Ne këte mënyrë sigurohet lidhshmëria e Numrit identifikues (pa emra) i secilit aplikant me rezultatin individual me çka sigurohet konfidencialiteti dhe transparenca maksimale. Performaca individuale do të vlerësohet automatikisht nga sistemi elektronik që e administron testin, bazuar në saktësi dhe shpejtësi: secili pjesëmarrës do të mund ta shoh rezultatin e vet në ekranin e kompjuterit në kohë reale pas përfundimit të testit dhe nga ai/ajo do të kërkohet që ta pranojnë atë -në të kundërtën testi do të konsiderohet i pa vlefshme nga ana e sistemit dhe aplikanti do të skualifikohet. Aplikantët do të renditen së pari sipas pikëve (rezultatit) dhe pastaj bazuar në kohën e llogaritur për kompletimin e testit.

Se pari do te mbahet testi për Operatorët për futjen e të dhënave (hapi 2). Lista me numrat identifikues të pjesëmarrësve, numrin i pikëve(rezultati) për pjesëmarrës si edhe koha e kryerjes së testit do të publikohen në këtë faqe zyrtare, kështu që secili aplikant ka mundësi ta shoh performancën e vet në raport me të tjeret. Nëse ndonjë nga aplikantët të ranguar ndër 100 të parët në listë e që kanë aplikuar për të dy pazitat (Operator për futjen e të dhënave dhe për Monitorues të të dhënave), do të ftohen që të marrin pjesë në test për Monitorues të të dhënave, që është hapi 3 i procesit të rekrutimit. Aplikantët që vendosin të marrin pjesë në test për monitorues nuk do të eliminohen nga lista e operatorëve për futjen e të dhënave.

Me pas do te mbahet testi për Monitorues të të dhënave (hapi 3). Pastaj, do të publikohet Lista me numrat identifikues të pjesëmarrësve, numrin i pikëve (rezultati) për pjesëmarrës si edhe koha e kryerjes së testit, në këtë faqe zyrtare, kështu që secili aplikant ka mundësi ta shoh performancën e vet në raport me të tjerët.

Nuk parashihet të ketë intervista individuale në asnjërën fazë të procesit të rekrutimit. KDR-ja mbanë të drejtën të ftojë aplikantët për intervista individuale vetëm nëse, pas përfundimit të të gjithë hapave, numri i aplikantëve të suksesshëm tejkalon atë të pozitave që janë në dispozicion, nëse disa nga aplikuasit kanë arritur të njëjtin rezultat në test.
